Guarantee

Celtic Timber prides itself on customer satisfaction. All of our products are made to the highest standard and are described accurately in their individual listing. Returns are very rare, however in the unlikely event you are not satisfied, let us know by email and quoting your invoice number and full name and address. For custom, made to-measure and bespoke products, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances unless the item is damaged or made incorrectly.

Conditions of Sale for Timber Products & Disclaimer

Timber/Oak is a natural product and subject to its environment and its own ageing process it may bend, twist, split and change colour depending on its grain characteristics, age and according to changes in temperature and to levels of moisture and light in its atmosphere. Whilst all efforts are made to source parasite and infestation-free timber no guarantee can be given against this as parasites can lay dormant and not visible for years before coming active.

When sold as Green Oak or Air dried oak, no guaranteed can be given that it will not further: release moisture, bend, twist, split, or shrink as it acclimatises to its current atmosphere. While every reasonable effort is made to recommend and supply oak which is appropriate for its end use, no liability whatsoever is accepted or implied by Celtic Timber or any of its employees for any timber supplied.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. You expressly agree that Plumstone Trading Ltd (trading as Celtic Timber) cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation.
