We offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy for all non-bespoke items. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we'll arrange a replacement or discuss compensation.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, notify us within 30 days of receipt, and ensure the item is returned unused, in its original packaging.

Please note our T-Type brackets to not come with screws or plugs.
T-Type brackets are perfect for fitting our oak beams and shelves into difficult walls. Our default bracket recommendation is straight brackets.
All of our concealed floating brackets are made from galvanised steel and can be used with shelving, oak beams, mantle pieces and with both masonry and wooden walls.
